Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. CST. Diane Gibbs of Design Recharge will be interviewing me about one of my favorite topics—Journaling, specifically fake journaling and International Fake Journal Month. IT’S FREE.
Above: Page spread from my first journal of the year, a test volume I made with the fabulous, and soon to be discontinued Arches Text LAID (not Wove, not get hysterical) paper. I think the book is about 6 x 9 inches. One of the things I'll talk about in the free webinar is adding background layers so maybe you need to tune in to the show listed below. (And I'll be reviewing this paper later this week.)
Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. CST. Diane Gibbs of Design Recharge will be interviewing me about one of my favorite topics—Journaling, specifically fake journaling and International Fake Journal Month.
I hope that you can join me for this FREE program.
I'm looking forward to talking about visual journaling, ways to have a successful visual journaling habit, my favorite art tools, and of course some mixed media tips—because I just can't help myself.
So if you would like to join in please click here on February 11, at 1:30 p.m. CST. The page at that link will read "Roz Stendahl Fake Journaling." And there will be a place where you can go in and join the webinar. You can do this right now so you're all set up for Wednesday. (It's Free.)
As I understand it, during the webinar, not only will you be able to see me and Diane Gibbs as we discuss, but you'll be able to post questions for me in the live-chat window.
We've got a bunch of images of my work that we'll be discussing; images from some other contributors to IFJM (International Fake Journal Month); and I think it's going to be a fun conversation.
Even if you have no interest in participating in IFJM I think that you'll find this a great way to learn a little bit more about visual journaling.
I hope you will join me on Wednesday.
If you live in a different time zone, or can't get away a lunchtime, don't worry. Diane says that the program is recorded. It will be available on YouTube after the live presentation. How fun is that???? As soon as I know the link I'll post it.
But I hope many of you can join me live on Wednesday.
