Fall finds me trying madly to get in as many outside cycling miles as possible before the snow falls. The light is incredible as it bounces off the shiny green surfaces of the living leaves and glows through the yellow dying ones. The cooler temps make it easier to push the pedals harder.
But other folks, like the Siberian Husky playing in his fabulous yard, celebrate differently. One of my friends sent me this link. This is how Dottie (an Alaskan Malamute) played in the mounds of snow we would create for her in the yard each winter.
Go take a peek and then go outside and enjoy and celebrate the fall season yourself (even if you don't have a pile of leaves or you don't like to bike).
