If you can't get to the dog park to sketch at lunch you can still sketch from photos. That's what I did here. A two minute sketch with the Pentel Pocket Brush Pen while sitting back from the computer monitor (where the photos were displayed), followed by some lovely swipes of gouache with a 2-inch brush. End with a little bit of spatter and I'm all set to return to work. I've had my dose of play, along with my sandwich.
